Hey want to hear something funny. i got a reply from the complaints team, their 'resolution' to my issue is to change package I am, I mean really common, that's not going to sort this issue!!
on 09-06-2021 15:04
Hi StormW4tch3r,.
Sorry to hear this, has this been classed as resolved? You can view all open complaints here and if so we can take a look into this for you

Hi Zoie_P
No it's not fair as being as 'resolved', changing my package isn't going to stop the packet loss and noise on the upstream.
on 09-06-2021 15:42
I do agree with this and can look into this for you, just let us know,
How is your BQM graph looking ?

Hi
If you can that be good, here's today ping graph, internet went down just after midnight, then came back up, but as you can see I'm still getting little spikes currently, just to add as well, i've had a new line from cabinet to house(just before 4pm and you can see it carried on doing it), new wire from the socket to hub and new isolator.

Thank you for coming back to us.
It dose look as though things are calming down a little, could you provide the hub stats as requested previously?
Kind regards,
Zak_M

Thank you for coming back to me.
I can see that you have had an engineer out to you today, the engineer has confirmed that there are no SNR or utilisation issues. All the upstream and down stream stats look all with in range from here.
Please can you post the full listing of hub stats.
Kind regards,
Zak_M

He got networks to look at the cabinet over 48 hours, but the issue is the packet loss on the connection even though the logs are not showing anything. you can see the stats without me posting so why are you asking for them? i'm at the point of going to Ofcom as this ISSUE isn't being sorted or taking SERIOUSLY, i've had a cable repull, new wire to the hub new isolator yet i am STILL facing the SAME issue. i have said a number of times THAT the upstream KEEPS dropping from 64qam to 32 then 16 and fluctuate all over the place when it happens.

We can't see your full hub stats from here hence the reason why I have asked for them.
The packet loss could be caused from your 3rd party router and that is why the request was to leave the hub in router mode for 24 hours so that the BQM graph can reflect it.
Kind regards,
Zak_M
