Thank you for coming back to us @Anonymous
I have just taken a look over the network and there are no issues there.
So that we can look further into the issue we are going to need you to put the hub back into router mode.
Kind regards,
Zak_M

Fact that the issue is intermittent like my last issue posted here which was never replied too, https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/QuickStart-set-up-and/Packet-Loss-SO19/td-p/4260311/page/10 I believe it this issue again..

I appreciate that however, we are only able to run the tests from here if the hub is in router mode.
Kind regards,

Thank you for coming back to me.
Everything is in perfect shape from our end, Can you leave the hub in router mode for 24 hours so we can monitor the BQM.
Kind regards,

Hi StormW4th3r,
Thanks for your post, I have checked your power levels, your account and also your area's latency and it all looks okay.
If you have any changes then let us know.

Hi @Zoie_P
Are you sure things are fine because clearly something isn't as its still doing it?!?! this issue as been on and off for nearly a year!!
on 31-05-2021 17:39
Hi @Anonymous,
Sorry to see the latency spikes on your BQM and that you have been experiencing this on going issue for nearly a year. That is not good.
I have scheduled an engineer visit for you so that we can take a look at things and get this resolved.
I will send you a private message with the details on your engineer visit now and to confirm your address.
Best wishes,
Serena
