Hi StormW4tch3r,

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had a couple of issue with your upstream again.

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and can see you currently have your hub in modem mode at the moment, and it's not been rebooted for a few weeks.

Are you able to reboot first for me, to see if this helps at all?

If not, can you pop it back into router mode for us to continue checks 🙂

Hi Alex_RM

I've restarted the Hub, but staying in modem mode, as we have a few people that game and nats will cause issues.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous

I've taken a look and your Hub is fine. Upstream and downstream power levels are good and there are no timeouts. If you would like us to look in to the issue further then you will need to disconnect your 3rd party router, put your hub into router mode and reboot. Then come back to us to see if the issue persists, hope this helps 🙂

Hi, I am no expert but your upstream channels should be 64 QAM across the board ?
