Hi @samaraki,

Very sorry to read of the difficulties you've been facing with your broadband connection recently, I can understand your disappointment.

Having looked into this for you I can see we're currently carrying out some work in this area which may mean you have no Virgin broadband or TV service.

The reference number for the work is: C00991982 and we currently expect this to be completed by 4pm today.

To the previous user, thanks, but I said all along it was a fault with their service, not my equipment.
They fixed it today, now to claim compensation for 2 weeks of loss + stress, and costs of using mobile broadband.
