As the title says. I am currently having horrible problems with a new Hub 4 on the 1gig package. When testing with samknows.com/realspeed it is showing between 0-1mbps on the upload speed between the hub and outside connection. I believe it is supposed to be 50. I understand if it doesn't reach that but current speeds are making the connection completely unstable. According to Sam Kows, this is not the internal speeds, it is the speed from/to the network! This means gaming, both voice and video calls etc are not working properly, basically anything that requires any upload traffic at all.
I am getting nowhere on the phone (literally today, as they seem to be turned off) and have no idea how to get this sorted. When I have got through no-one seems to have any idea what I'm talking about. Can anyone help here? I'm within the cool-off period and seriously considering cancelling and moving to Vodafone at this stage. The M350 package I was on before was slower but was stable, this 'upgrade' experience has been really, really bad.

Sounds like you had a bad connection, which is now worse by upgrading.

Possibly, the download speed actually seems ok, not really dropping below 500mbps, it's just the upload speed that is fluctuating between 0-2mpbs so anything that relies on it just doesn't work. Before on the M350 I'm pretty sure it was at a steady 20mbps upload so no idea what's going on.

Can you access your HUB on http://192.168.0.1 , sign in and access Advanced Settings \ Tools \ Network Status and post the data from the following tabs:
Please copy paste as text and you will need to post in multple posts, and sometimes click post twice due to a formatting error.

The bit I've highlighted shows you have a noisy line.
Could be an on going SNR issue, however you'd need to check with VM.
Might be worth creating a BQM here
Then post the live link.
