Upgrade

Hi 

I had a call last night from a VM rep offering myself an upgrade. 
I went ahead with the upgrade & was advised my services would be active in 10-15 minutes time. 
It’s been over 12 hours & still no new services?! 
I’ve restarted my TV box but still no effect....

HELP! Please 😊

Have you checked your online account to see if the upgrade has actually happened ?
