Hi. I updated my tv and broadband yesterday at about 2pm and it still isn’t reflecting on my app or on the box. How long should this take? I thought it would be done within an hour or so.

Have you power cycled the Hub yet? It could take a day for the system to send out the new config file. Once this is done the speed increase will be immediate.
