Hi I'm supposed to be upgraded to ultimate oomph today but not received any tracking info or time and giving yodels record I am concerned that my new mini box won't arrive today but will my new services be activated today regardless or do I need to wait for my box.

I've been able to locate your account using your forums details and can see that this is with you now, and you are awaiting the engineer appointment to complete the activation.
