Does the upgrade include other elements?

New SIM, extra box, new Hub?

If so, the speed upgrade can’t happen until all elements are installed.

Do you already have a Hub3 ? If you have an older Superhub then they will need to send one out to you.

If you already have a Hub3 - look in the settings for the "Configuration" data page for the Up and Dowm "Max Data Rate Transfer" speed settings - what numbers are in there - in bps - on 350 the down will start with a 4xxxxxxxx
