Hello,
In October 2022, my property address was updated to better reflect its actual location as a previous access had been removed. This has been updated on the Royal Mail post code finder and many other databases, but not yet on the Virgin media system.
I contacted the customer service team via phone, but was told they could not update my address, and that my new address (which is the same physical property) was not serviceable. I am currently connected to Virgin Media.
Can someone help - I need the virgin media address database updating to remove my old address and put in the new address (to match up with the royal mail post code finder) to ensure any post comes through and also in case of future credit checks so that the address matches up with my bank details.
