Hi, my previous hub 3 was faulty and has been replaced. When I open the connect app it still has the old hub details. How do I update the app to the remove the old gun and add the new hub?

Were you given a HUB 4 or 5?
Neither are compatible with the connect app.

Can you confirm if uninstalling & reinstalling the app has resolved the issue?
