Hi, hopefully you can help clear this up.
Went onto app to check the compensation I was told should be there has been sent through but couldn't see it.
Instead I noticed an upgrade appointment on my account for today Sat 19, but I have no idea what this is or where its come from? I can't seem to find anyway to see any details or history of this.
Im a new customer and have had to deal with a lot of issues already can someone please just take control and get things correct. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with understanding what the upgrade is for.
Please can I ask if you have optimised on our volt offer? This might explain it?
