Hi there my husband has requested a pac from his previous provider and the switch has been successful. When he puts his virgin sim into his phone this is displayed on the screen. Above pic Any help please.

We’ve tried that and it still don’t work.. been going round in circles between Vodafone, virgin and Samsung and nobody seems to want to help us or know how to help
Normally this indicates the SIM is pin locked and you have entered the pin incorrectly a number of times.
The PUK code is available from your online account.
Do you have a Virgin Mobile online account?
Is this a new sim you got in the post?
