I've had a superhub 3 installed and i scanned my house using the connect app. While scanning a room quite far away from the hub it said "We recommend ordering a booster to increase your wifi range". Unfortunately when i go through the process of ordering a booster, i just get to a Virgin media page which says "Oops! Something went wrong." I've tried 3 different browsers but all come up with this error once i sign in to my account.
Please can somebody from VM order a booster and have it sent to me ?
