Unable to get Virgin Media, but neighbours can

Hi.

I live in a new build, so new post code.

The house on the main street next door and side streets next door all can get VM, our block is on the corner. My flat is actually on the side street. Communal entrance on main street.

Was advised to call sales to request a spotter to come out but the sales team can't even find our post code on the system to organise this.

David contacted but asked for  account details.I am not a VM customer I am with Sky and want to move to VM.

Please can someone DM me as I appear to be getting nowhere fast with this and want to try and get this sorted so I can get VM ASAP.

Apologies if posted in wrong board.

Cheers.

Thanks. Could you send a DM so I can send you address info etc.

If you're in new build flats and there's no Virgin Media services available then I would make arrangements to use an alternative provider. It could be a significant amount of time before VM install, if they decide to.
