Better description of the problem - I'm trying to change Virus Safe and Web Safe settings. I log in here...

Clicking the toggle buttons fails. The URL in the previous post is called in the background and gives a 500 internal server error with that JSON response.

We're sorry to see you're having an error when trying to change your web-safe settings on the account, we'd love to best help with this.

Could you please update us since your last post on Friday and let us know if the issue persists?

Also, have you tested another device or browser and clearing your cache and cookies to see if this helps?
