Two TV360 boxes both unable to connect....We couldn't pull up your settings.
I replied to the activation text with 'GO' about an hour ago and despite the message saying the wait was 5 minutes, I've been waiting half an hour already.
It really shouldn't be this painful.
Any other suggestions to get these boxes activated?
1st update - 39 minute call.
I spoke to a guy who said he needed to put me through through to a specific TV360 team to activate the boxes....
Then I was cut off.... Prior to disconnection there was a message along the lines of the call could not be connected due to a technical problem.
It's telling me there's 10 minute wait now.
Next call answered after 56mins,
I explained that I was cut off last time before connection to the TV360 Team so please could they pass a message on to activate.
Whilst the representative advised they would they still transferred me and I was cut off again.
The message was...,”Due to technical difficulties we are unable to handle your call at this time, goodbye.”
I’ve not been a Virgin Customer for years, when did they get so bad?

Called 0800 953 9500, option 2. Thanks to MikeRobbo on another thread for above number.
A voice told me that the activation code was sent and it’s all sorted now.
3h 20m after sending the ‘GO’ text I’ve had a text reply advising it’s now activated.
So don’t bother trying to setup until you get a text reply back or you’ve selected option 2 on 0800 953 9500.
