Tripped over VM Cable on street

IMG_0684.jpegOn Friday I tripped over Virgin Media cable on my local high street, the cable was actually on the black part of this street so no way anyone could have seen it. I have fractured my right arm and injured my wrist in my left, now in wrist splints and a sling - and it has all been very distressing and upsetting. How can I complain and get something done?

The owner of the property, or more specifically, the VM user needs to contact VM to get the cable buried.

I have never seen a cable installed like that.

Looking at the spool of cable it looks like a temporary connection that has been 'forgotten'.

Are you sure it's on the public part? It looks more like a private frontage.  But either way you should contact one of those injury legal firms.

My name is NOT Alessandro. That's just a tag Virginmedia sticks on some contributors. Please ignore it.
