I am not a Virgin Media customer and have never granted permission for Virgin to have access to the land or property for installation of their products.

This installation was trespass and has caused permanent damage as a result of drilling through walls the walls. This installation needs to be removed immediately given it is unsightly and I do not give permission for Virgin Media to access my property for future maintenance.

It will take 2 or 3 days after the last post for a VM staff member to get to your post. So bumping your post will only put you at the bottom of the queue.

Can you tell us if you're the home owner of the property? Would you be able to attach a screenshot of what was installed? Was this installed outside of the property?

Please let us know so we can look into this further for you.

Thanks for your time via PM @Notacustomer22,

I have now had a response back from the Area Field Manager who has advised this issue has already been dealt with.

They met with the owners of the building onsite around 6 months ago and agreed all cable routing.
The owners have gave us complete blanket wayleave to install on all flats.

As such, we will not be removing the cables and if you do wish to address this further, please contact the owners of the building.

Sorry this is not the outcome you had hope for.
