Tivo s102 error

I been trying to set up the tivo box and its stuck on 33% and I've double, triple checked all cables and nothing

Been on hold for and hour to virgin and no resolve as yet. 

Can anyone help please

How are you connecting the V6 to the Hub ?

I've not connected the TV to the WiFi box if that's what you mean?

S102 often indicates that the box hasn't been activated onto your account.

Did you have to phone/text to do that ?
