TiVo set up issues

I’m trying to set up my TV but it keeps getting stuck at the configuring network settings part! 

It’s ticks all the other parts but displays a timer image next to configuring network settings! 

 

Can an anyone help please? X

Do you mean set up the TV, or set up the Tivo? 

Is it a Tivo or a V6? 

How are the Hub, Tivo, TV all connected?

It’s a TiVo box and is connected by a HDMI cable

It’s when I’m running set up on the TV, the broad band is working fine and the phone is ok.

How are you trying to connect the TV to the network - by ethernet cable to the Hub or wifi ? If wifi, try a Cat6 ethernet cable connection.  Also look in the TV instruction book for advice on how to connect it to the internet.
