The hub cannot go online with white light...

Hi ,

I received my order today. 
Actually I am new move in to this property. The old owner told me they use virgin before.....
There havea socket .....but it is by Telewest Boardband...
I tired to plug in it....
The Hub below light just keep flashing ..... but not in White color....
I think i need to call their engineer to help???
But any Email can ask them?

There have lots of cable and super messy.....
And come with another brand of socket.....
But the old owner told me they use virgin in this property before.....

You could try the loose plug in the centre of the picture straight into your hub. That coax in very think, like VM coax, and I don't think it's a satellite feed.
