The delivery address of quickstart kit has changed

Because of problems with my letting agency my address was not correct by the time I ordered the quickstart kit. I would like to change the address but I cannot login to the system as I haven't gotten my account number yet and I cannot call support as they requiere my account number. Any idea how I can contact support
