Over the last few days my internet has been so unreliable. The problem affects wired and wireless connections. It is making it really hard to do my job as I work from home.
When I call virgin all I get is the recorded message saying they know about the problem in my area and it is complex but day after day I keep loosing the internet.
I want to change providers but am in a contract, have they broken their contract by not providing a reliable useable service for an extended period of time?

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues with the service. Appreciate it's not ideal.
I have taken a look at our systems and this is due an an area outage which is estimated to be resolved by 22 JUL 2022 15:35.
You might find that these services are intermittent at the moment: Virgin Fibre and Voice services. We are sorry and working hard to resolve this for you.
