Terminator cap

Hi, I recently started a new contract for just broadband and phone,  quckstart kit arrived today, all set up now and working fine,

My Partners previous contract had old tivo box connected to the wall socket as well as a hub.

The Tivo box has been switched off but when I disconnect that coax cable should I fit a terminator cap and if so where can I get one.

Yes, there should be a terminator cap on it or you could remove the splitter that feeds the redundant box.
