I have bought a virgin media package but cannot get the internet cable to fit to the old telewest box. Any suggestions ?

Hi there,

The previous suggestions are correct and worth a try. However if you are unable to unscrew this cable from the wall socket you could always leave that one attached and screw the other end directly into the hub.
