Notified of my move on 3/july, they say they need a tecnician to come even though i have everything in place, fine, they say they'll come on the 13th, 10 days without broadband, didn't show up, tryed chat and nobody answered, called, took 20min to aswer, the call is so choppy i can't understand her, she said some random **bleep** about a letter in three days then i saw she didint want to solve anything and just hang up.
its the second chat i opened in hope anyone woud say anything, no aswer on any, got no email or message about the tecnician not comming. 10 days without my service and countig, just to transfer to my new home.

I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing delays with the installation at your new home.
