Technician due 8am-6pm - do I get a narrower window than that on the day?

Although I ordered self-install, my account is showing a technician visit this Sat between 8am and 6pm. So I assume a self install is not possible. 

I'll be moving to the address over this weekend. I'd rather not have to spend all of the Sat waiting iat the address when I have lots of other things involved in the move to do.

I will be picking up the hardware from a CollectPlus point on the Saturday too.

Thanks for any advice.

Could try calling the Pre-installation and delivery team on: 0800 052 1734 See if they can give you more information

Thanks for suggestion - I did call.

Turns out I am not getting a technician visit despite it saying so in my account!

I had selected self install when ordering so assumed the technician was needed as my new place didn't have necessary wiring, which from my call to suggested number, it does.

We shall see 🙂
