Technician didn’t turn up

Hi Virgin Media team,

I am supposed to have a technician coming today from 1pm-6pm to have my broadband installed but they never turned up.

If you guys could sort it out and let me know if I am able to entitled any compensation due to my huge time loss that will be lovely.

I'm sorry to see that you didn't have the engineer visit as advised. I can see that you have spoken with the team since posting this. Were they able to help you with this?
