TV boxes

Hi 

Can anyone advise please

We had new TV boxes installed Saturday but they couldn't load

the engineer said that they would be rebooted within 24 hours - nothing has happened!

I've restarted the boxes a number of times

It sounds like the box may have not received its "hit" or it has not downloaded its install software yet

what information are you getting on the screen?

I am a tech currently working from home,

Hi Gary VM field tech here, this sounds like an activation issue as long as your broadband services are on and working, this should be a simple fix if you use our text service with a brief outline of your fault with your account number 07533 051809 replies are slow at the moment but our team is working though them. Hope this helps.
