T3 Timeouts, packet loss

Currently on Gig 1 with Hub 4 and have been experiencing intermittent packet loss that worsened when upgrading to Gig 1

Had an engineer here Monday who changed the router but it made no difference, the problem persists

I'm hoping for some advice on how to proceed I have another engineer coming tomorrow morning but i'm worried I might get stuck in a loop of engineers who can't find the root cause of the issue. I will post stats below but would appreciate some advice and info from those who are more experienced with DOCSIS and it's faults

The connection is also RFoG if that makes a difference with acceptable stats
