Superhub won’t turn on

I think my hub has died 😩
No lights are working, I’ve switched it on & off several times and it’s doing nothing.
Can it be fixed or do I need a replacement?

Should be no problem getting a replacement if it is completely dead. If you want a quick replacement, call and report the fault. Alternatively you can wait up to about a week for one of the forum team to get to your post.

My superhub is completely dead.

No lights on it so cant even reset to original settings. Its the second time it has happened, the first time it came back on after about 10 minutes.

Help! 😔

Phone customer services they will send you a new one.

Rang customer services/tech team this evening. They are sending one out and should be with me between 3-5 days.

Hopefully I don't get the same problem.
