Hi - my superhub has started constantly rebooting or resetting itself. I will notice a loss of connectivity on a client device then when I try to reconnect, I am often challenged for the network password which the router refuses. Only after a while will it then reconnect and work for a while. I'm quite certain the superhub is faulty, how do I get a replacement sent out?
I just called and have been told and engineer will visit. Only problem is, i was told the earliest they can send someone is Friday morning, so I now have to go most of this week with unreliable internet. It's a real pain as I work from home quite a bit. I also don't hope virgin are expecting a full months payment this month. The issues started last week and have grown steadily worse so I've not have proper service for the best part of 2 weeks
