Saw previous post after trying to install new hub3. Have refitted hub2 but now only able to connect to Internet with hard connection by cable!
If you need to contact via chat to install, why not mention in the setup guide?
Tested connection and ultimately told need an engineer to call, but none available for at least 4 days!!!
All new / replacement electronic boxes need to be activated.
