Super hub 3 replacement

Connecting  replacement hub 3.been told by helpdesk unable sent signal.it can take upto 3 days and this is nationwide problem.

There is 2 complaints open for my broadband speed issues.

Has anybody had problems today

Thanks for reply.

The router did get activated in the evening so was without wifi for whole day.

No reply to complaints ..
