not sure what they need to check via chat - this place seems to be full of secrets these days - if its all in the background there will be no info to learn from
anyway pre and post rs errors are a mess - they may be historical so reboot the hub - leave it off a couple of minutes that will zero them - post back in a few hours or more depending on the state of them
if they continue to rise like that you need a tech to have a look
