I have re plugged in my tv after building work and the box is just showing as starting up. I have checked online and it says I should have a white cable from the splitter to the virgin tv box but I’ve never had one of these. Is this causing the issue. I have a internet cable going from router to the tv box
Any VM TV box must have a co-ax cable connection - after all - it is cable-TV. Without one it would never work for VM TV.
Do you actually have a VM TV contract - if so - what box model is it ? How long has it been "off" for building work?
Or is it just the Hub connecting to the TV on ethernet cable that you mean?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
