Still no Activation...

Installed 18th... still without service.

Absolute joke.

Can someone tell me if the cancellation period is within 14 days of installation please.and how I go about doing that.

I have had no follow up , no confirmation email no response to my complaint..

I refused to sign the sheet to say I was happy and all was up and running as it wasn’t. Surely Virgin can not charge me if the service is not up and running.

The cooling off period is indeed 14 days, the way to go about cancelling your service is by calling 0345 454 1111 options 1-1-4-4

Best time to call is 8am to avoid queues.

Alternatively if your still interested in getting activated you would need to call customer service and explain issue, I believe there was some issues activating people in the last few days hence why your not up and running.
