Starter Kit has not arrived

Hello,

I was sent a text and email on the 25/06/24 from Virgin Media informing me that I would receive the broadband kit today, 03/07/24. the delivery would be made using Yodel.

It hasn't arrived and I am yet to receive any information or updates. Using web chat bot, I am told to use My Virgin Media to track it but I can't register to it as I was told earlier (via web chat) when trying to resolve that issue, I wouldn't be able to register until my account is activated, which happens once I've plugged the router in.

I wasn't given any tracking information via Yodel or Virgin media so now I don't know what's going on and I can't keep booking days off of work for no show deliveries!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do official representatives even bother with this forum? Your Web chat fob me off to Yodel who say they can't do anything because I don't have a tracking number. The preinstallation team won't pick up after 30 mins of ringing.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your delivery and we apologise for the delay in response  but the forums are not an instant messaging service and it can take us a few days to respond to a post.
