Hi,
Can someone from VM please help me to arrange a spotter at my new address?

Also spoke to your sales team, and they said they would send out a spotter and email me. But it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back.
Will be moving to the address shortly, so want to be able to change accords to virgin swiftly.
