Spotter needed???

Hi so far I have had 3 requests for a spotter to come to our new property, not had any response is there a direct number for this department as I notified virgin 18 days prior to our move and I’m working from home and need a connection ASAP due to our account been closed I’m unable to log into hotspot!!

I suggest this belongs in the set up and connection forum - either repost or wait for a VIP/forum staff to move.
