I have received my start-up box for virgin media broadband but the white cable will not fit in the master socket as it is circular and the socket is square. Do we need a splitter to make this fit - should this have been included in the pack?
Hi, it sounds like the socket you are referring to is a phone socket and not our broadband socket. If you could attach a photo I would be able to confirm for you.
