I'm on the volt bundle
All of a sudden at 10.30 pm my service went down. It has never gone down in over 9 months but all of a sudden its gone down.
I tried resetting the hub and its got a red line. This is the hub 4.
Nothing has changed. Nothing lose. Like I said it was working fine for months.
I can't tell if its me or if its my area.
Can someone please get back to me ASAP?

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

OK scratch that. I woke up just now and see its working again.
