Does VM supply each user with individual public (reachable) IP address or do they use CGN?

The cheapest offer for M350 includes a phone line. Do they supply that line via their cable network or do they take over the Openreach line?

I plan to use my own router and I assume their modem/router has an option to work just as a gateway? Do I need to contact them for anything else to provide my Router's MAC address or is it automatic?

Hello

Everybody has there own IP address all be it, it is dynamic so can change although rarely does.

The link is through  VM's own network totally separate from Openreach.

You can place the hub into modem only mode to allow you to use your own router, which is what a fair few of us do. There is no need to contact VM as it is all automatically done on the hub.

Also be aware that VM do not have any IPv6 support if that is important to you.
