Hi
Need someone to sort out my connection for me. Just moved to a new house, as per previous persons problems the cables won’t insert in to the socket.
I’ve tried to get through to a human at Virgin about this but that seems pretty impossible. Very surprised by this.
I can’t share a photo because it’s too big.
If I can’t get help here I’ll just have to cancel Virgin.

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday or you can wait 2 or 3 days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
