I have the M50 broadband package and noticed recently my speeds have plummeted. I'm currently getting around 8Mb/s.
I ruled out WiFi as the problem as the same speeds happen over a wired connection.
I rebooted the router but this made no difference so I checked the logs. There are lots of entries for 'No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out' and 'DHCP RENEW sent - No response for IPv4'.
Looking at other community posts, it looks like an engineer callout may be required?
