Slight rearrangement of cables

We've had some home work done and this, along with furniture moving, has left me cable looking a bit strange.

I was wondering if virgin could replace some of the cable parts which are over 10 years and rather odd lengths? 

Where do I ask?

Truth is that I could probably do this myself, coming from an IT background, but don't want to if the company doesn't want me to

No... you do indeed have to use VM's own cable - the same spec cable is not available on open sale.

If you call it in a VM Tech will visit and custom make cables of the correct length and adjust any power levels as a result of changing their length.

The charge will be £25
