My elderly mother has recently closed her account and I’m returning some equipment on her behalf. I have received the packaging and the Collect+ label, but the disconnection instructions advise that I replace the co-axial cables with silver terminator caps to the wall sockets. None have been enclosed with the packaging. I don’t consider it to be a good customer experience if I am expected to purchase these caps (regardless of cost). If it states in the returning instructions that this procedure is really important, why have the terminator caps not been provided?
