Hi, the plug with the thin wire coming out of it which connects to my splitter/booster I believe is in need of replacing, as it looses power if I move it. Could that plug part be sent to me to self install or would an engineer be needed?

You will need a technician to replace it.
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
