Signal Dropout and Network Log

I've been having issues with my Wifi since around Christmas however it was fine prior to this. I had both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz separated and typically when one dropped out the other one kicked in. However I had them combined yesterday and now when I enter the affected rooms it drops out entirely. I've checked my Network Log and found the following. Can anyone make heads or tails of the below? I'm also wondering if I set the Hub to modem mode and bought a new router would that help things?

Welcome to the forums and thank you for your post! I'm really sorry to see you've been having broadband issues.

 

I haven't been able to locate your services to run any background checks but it looks like some of your logs are a little off, particularly the downstream power levels.

 

I'd really take to take a look at our systems to confirm a few things and arrange an engineer visit if appropriate.
